My Work of Art - The Creation of Adam!Inspired by a fresco of the same name 280 cm x 570 cm, painted by "Michelangelo Buonarroti circa 1511, which appears on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel. The scene depicts an episode from the Book of Genesis in which God is ... creates the first man, Adam. ""God is depicted as a bearded old man wrapped in a cloak that he shares with some cherubim. His left arm is wrapped around a female figure, normally interpreted as Eve - which has not yet been created and, figuratively, waits in heaven to gain a human form . the right arm is stretched God's power to create the life of his own finger to Adam, whose left arm is extended as opposed to the creator. the fingers of Adam and God are separated by a small distance.
